01 / ABOUT

Connecting people and operations throughout my career.

I’m an operations and people-focused professional with extensive experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Workforce Operations, healthcare operations, training, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvement.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for bringing structure to complex workflows, keeping people and processes organized, and identifying better ways to get work done. My experience includes managing full-cycle recruiting, supporting employee lifecycle processes, developing talent pipelines, coordinating workforce operations, creating Excel trackers and dashboards, monitoring performance and KPIs, maintaining accurate records, training employees, and improving operational processes.

I’m especially skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced and remote environments while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent communication with employees, candidates, leaders, clients, and cross-functional partners.

My approach is simple: understand the goal, organize the process, use data to identify what needs attention, and create practical solutions that make the work more efficient and easier to manage.
